Problem
Power users wanted access to multiple LLMs without managing four browser tabs. Existing chat tools hid the model choice; ChatsHero needed it surfaced as a feature, not a setting.
Approach
A streaming chat interface on Next.js with a model picker, per-conversation persistence on Supabase, and a thin proxy layer that handles model-specific quirks server-side. RAG-ready for v2.
Outcome
Live beta with hundreds of weekly active users. Average session length over fourteen minutes; model picker used in roughly 40% of conversations.
