We sit with the problem before we sit with a Figma file. Stakeholder interviews, user research, and a written brief that says what we're building and, just as important, what we're not.
Morlabs is a technology company designing and building websites, software platforms, and AI-powered products, for founders, operators, and product teams who care how they're made.

We bring the same team, engineers, designers, a product lead, to every engagement. The shape changes; the people don't.

A small selection. Some of our best work lives behind a login screen, happy to share under NDA.

Four phases, twelve weeks, one team end to end. The pace is fast because the order is right, not because corners are cut.
We sit with the problem before we sit with a Figma file. Stakeholder interviews, user research, and a written brief that says what we're building and, just as important, what we're not.
Wireframes get specific fast. We work in Figma, but every screen is reviewed against the front-end constraints it'll be built into. Design isn't a separate step; it's the start of the build.
Typed, tested, observable from day one. Migrations are reviewed like code. Auth and analytics get wired in week one, not the month before launch.
Launch is week 12, not week 52. We stay on for a hand-off period, measuring, tightening, training, so the team that inherits it can run it.
Words · from the people we worked with
We replaced four years of paperwork with one login. Parents notice the difference, and so do our teachers.

Morlabs treated our codebase like it was theirs. Every PR came with a one-paragraph rationale; every migration was reviewed twice.

Calm, fast, and unusually opinionated about the right things. The site we got back paid for itself in the first quarter.

Their design system is still running our product. That's the test, isn't it.

FAQ · the basics
A discovery sprint is two weeks. A full build sits between eight and sixteen weeks, depending on scope. We turn down work that should be smaller and we turn down work that should be bigger.
Often. The discovery sprint exists for exactly this, by the end of it, you'll have a brief specific enough to take to any engineer in the world. We're hoping it's us.
Sylhet, Bangladesh, and remote. We work async-first, with two real-time overlap windows that fit any timezone in the Americas, Europe, or Asia.
Sometimes. We typically book four to six weeks out, but we keep one slot open for projects that need to start now and can stand the pace.
Fixed-scope, fixed-price for the build. After launch, an optional monthly retainer for evolution, support, and the inevitable second-quarter rethink.
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Postgres on Supabase or PlanetScale, deployed to Vercel. For mobile: React Native or Flutter, picked per project. We do not start fights about ORMs.
