Morlabs is a technology company working with founders, operators, and product teams who care how things are made. We were founded to do the work we wanted to do, deliberately, end-to-end, in public.
What we believe
Software is a craft.
We started Morlabs because the work we wanted to do, careful, end-to-end, written down, was getting harder to find. Big agencies optimise for the deck. Big consultancies optimise for the invoice. Both forget the product.
We're senior on purpose. Async on purpose. Compact on purpose. We say no to projects that should be smaller and we say no to projects that should be bigger. The right shape of work is decided in discovery, not in a sales call and never in a Slack DM.
What we ship gets used. By teams who took it over, by users who came back tomorrow, by founders who built a business on top of it. The test for our work isn't the launch, it's whether anyone's still running it three years later.
