Morlabs. (“Morlabs”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company headquartered in Sylhet, Bangladesh. This site — morlabs.co , is our public homepage.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonably from this site. You may not copy substantial portions of the content, scrape it for training datasets without permission, or republish it elsewhere as your own.

Our writing is published in good faith. Code samples and stack opinions reflect how we work today; they may not be the right fit for your project. Don't use anything on this site as a substitute for engineering advice on your own build.

Filling in the contact form does not create a contract. A Morlabs engagement begins when both sides have signed a project brief and master services agreement (“MSA”), which set out scope, timeline, payment terms, IP ownership, and dispute resolution.

In every MSA we sign: deliverables and source code transfer to the client at final payment, our team retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio, and confidential information stays confidential indefinitely.

The Morlabs name, logo, brand assets, site copy, and case studies on this website belong to Morlabs. Client logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used with permission to reference our work.

Open-source code we publish (the Morlabs UI library and assorted small utilities) is released under the license stated in its repository.

This website is provided as is. We work hard to keep it correct and online, but we make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Morlabs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.

Liability for engagements is governed by the MSA for that engagement, not by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes about your use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sylhet.
