Privacy at Morlabs.

This policy applies to morlabs.co and any subdomains we operate under *.morlabs.co. It does not cover sites we have built for clients, those sites have their own privacy policies controlled by their owners.

Contact form submissions. When you fill in our contact form we collect the name, email, company, project reason, budget range, and message you provide. These are submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to our team inbox.

Newsletter signups. When you subscribe, we collect the email address you submit. Nothing else.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) stores request logs containing IP address, user agent, and timestamp for operational and security purposes. Logs are retained for up to 30 days.

What we do not collect. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on this site. There is no cookie banner because we set no analytics cookies.

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the site online. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We use the following service providers to operate the site: Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Google Fonts (font CDN). Each receives only the data necessary to perform their function.

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. We will act on requests within seven working days.

Email contact@morlabs.co with the subject line Privacy request.

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, for active newsletter subscribers and current clients, send a short note. Minor wording fixes may ship without notice.

Questions about privacy go to contact@morlabs.co. Mail goes to the same inbox as our contact form, read by a real person.
