Problem
An established academy was running admissions, attendance, fee collection, and exam reporting across paper registers, spreadsheets, and a WhatsApp group. Parents had no visibility into their child's progress; staff spent half of every term reconciling records.
Approach
A multi-role platform on Next.js + Supabase: admin, teacher, parent, and student dashboards, each scoped via row-level security. Attendance, gradebooks, fee invoicing, and a notice board ship as one cohesive workflow rather than four bolt-on tools.
Outcome
The academy has run an entire term on the platform. Fee collection cycles dropped from two weeks to two days; parents log in to see attendance and report cards in real time. Paper registers were retired in week four.
We replaced four years of paperwork with one login. Parents notice the difference, and so do our teachers.
